Weekend Competition Format
For those playing both days; we will have a Ryder Cup format with singles on Day 1, and then 2 man Scramble teams on Day 2
We will have individual day competitions too, so you’re not missing out if yuou can only have Day 1 or Day 2

Our Previous Events
Burnham & Berrow Golf Club - 17 April '26
We gathered up 20 players for a Ryder Cup format weekend at Burnham & Berrow Golf club on day 1 for the singles matches, and Isle of Wedmore Golf Club on day 2 for the 2 man Scramble matches.
A prize fund totalling £1,000 meant there was lots to play for, and it was a keenly contested match, that was all tied up and had to be decided by virtue of total Stableford points scored, after we couldn’t separate the teams!
It was a brilliant weekend where a group of near strangers gathered up and had a blast of a time. We already can’t wait for the next one.

Hollinwell Golf Club - 26 September '25
We had 7 players play at Hollinwell Golf Club in Nottinghamshire, which is ranked 47 on our list.
We had an incredible day with; 18 Holes of Championship Golf, A bucket of range balls to warm up, Lunch on arrival, Handicap related competition inc. prize
We did all the little things that make these days special like banner signs and team photos!

Who are
Nish & Chris
Just a couple of neighbours, on a crazy mission to play the best golf courses in the UK & Ireland
We’ve had lots of people ask if they can join the journey, and initially we didn’t know how to accomodate this.
Sometimes we play with a guest, and that restricts our spare tee slots.
Then, we had a brainwave… why not set up a Society where we can run our own VIP event on the day and get as many of you involved as possible.
Membership is free to our Society, but that means we have some ground rules to make it fun and fair for everyone.

Completing your profile is VITAL, so we can have your accurate (as possible) handicap, and your preference for when you can make our events
How the Top 100 in 10 Tour Golf Society Works
- We'll post an event along with all the details
- You pay your event fees to guarantee your entry
- Turn up to the event where you'll be greeted by us
- We'll make sure your event runs smoothy and you're treated like a VIP. Usually this will involve included food and refreshments, practice facilities, your golf and the prizes for the mini competitions
FAQs
Will the events be at Top 100 Golf Courses?
That’s our goal. Most of the VERY top venues don’t offer Society-specific packages, however, we may still be able to block book tee times.
The other courses within the Top 100 courses do offer packages, and this is likely to be where you’ll find the best value days out
Why do I have to pay upfront?
We’ll be paying for a block of tee times and things like catering up front, and thats likely to be quite a bit in advance, so it’s only fair to collect fees at the time fo booking so that we’re not out of pocket.
This is likely to be on a course by course basis and where possible, we’ll try to work on a deposit basis
What do you think the events will cost?
Absolute premium courses are likely to be in the £200-400 price range
Other courses we’re expecting packages to be around the £120-200 mark
Remember you have food and refreshments as well as some other perks included – as per each event
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, we take a common sence approach to cancellation. With enough notice we can work around it and work with the club as well. If it’s last minute, you can expect to lose your fees, but we can do swaps, and try to plead your case for you.
It’s a partnership between us, you and the club.
WIll you you be doing day events or overnight stay events?
Handling day events is onbviously much easier and keeps the cost in control.
There are some courses that are so far away, it will be better to stay over. We’ll aim to have a good blend of these types of events.
How do we get there?
Generally it’s up to you, however, we are going to keep members’ details on file so if we go anywhere far flung, then we can group people together and nake arrangements that way
