HERE'S THE CARD! What a day @aberdoveygolfclub

Nish - the round of my dreams 83, which was 7 under my adjusted handicap! I hit it really well with EVERY club in the bag, which is rare. I even got a birdie on a par 4! I was a bit sad that I gave Gareth the wrong impression about my golf. He might actually think I can play - eek

Chris - felt a bit disappointed as he was a bit less consistent from the previous day. There was a great run in the middle of the round though, and to walk away disappointed with an 85 shows how well he played

Jim - 2nd ever round on a links course, and a tough one at that, the run of pars just before the turn was immense, and then I think he got tired. A very creditable 106 beat the previous day too

As we gear up to post the scorecard, here is a little teaser

Any round of golf is always better when you play well, but we also appreciate the beauty of some of these golf courses.

You can get blasé about them, thinking they are natural and just a bit of grass, but the thought that goes into them is pretty mind-boggling, to be honest.

The scores don't really matter to us, but it's nice to give us some focus in the round, Otherwise, I (nish) find that I end up playing awful golf.

And while that's absolutely fine, any round of golf is a good round for me, when you start hitting some nice shots, you're able to take In the course a bit more
